Our 2006 display had over 9000 lights dancing to music. Most of the lights are LEDs. When the
entire display was lit up, it was only using around 8 amps of electricity.
This year we have over 15,000 lights and we have gone to new heights!!! Thank you to the guys at Simi
U-Rent for all their help. We rented a boom lift and added lights to the 2nd story of the house, and have given
the treetops the definition I only dreamed of last year.
We also have the 32 new mini trees. They can be seen racing around the edge of the front yard.
Because our lights are almost all LED's, (currently, only the Grinch, Max, the soldiers and the "Merry Christmas"
sign are regular lights) our entire display uses very little power (only 10.5 amps total when everything is lit up at the
same time).
